From 1995 through 2003, the OEM rockers in the Desmoquattro motors had a tendency to flake due to a faulty hard chrome process.
Replace your flaking desmoquattro rocker arms with these refurbished rockers from MBP Ducati.
These rockers have been ground, shot peened, hard chrome plated, and stress relieved. Replaces rockers in the 851, 888, 748, 916, 996, ST4, ST4S, S4R Monster.
You must send your old rockers in for exchange. Cost- $85.00 ea.

DESMO VALVE RETAINING SYSTEM AND KIT COMBOS
The use of the MBP desmo valve retaining systems have the following benefits:
Lengthens the time between valve adjustments
Are stronger than stock half ring systems
Can handle higher rpms for longer periods of time as compared to the stock half ring systems.
2V systems works with stock shims except on bevel drive motors.

Rocker Arm Depressor Tool

Tool designed to depress the closing rocker for taking the "loaded/unloaded" clearance measurements on all 2V and 4V Ducatis. Tool fits easily into the palm of your hand. Has blunt end so as not to damage valve seal at the base of the valve stem. Thin walled, 4140 steel, to catch the edge of the closing rocker arm. Non-slip design. Rocker Arm Spindle Puller/Slap Hammer
